We want you to be happy with what you ordered, but if something isn´t right, let us know. We will gladly accept exchanges of unused merchandise or replace merchandise which was flawed or damaged upon arrival, within 30 days of purchase.

To return your order:
Before shipping your exchange please contact us directly at service@katwright.ca,  make sure to explain whether you require a replacement or exchange and include your name and email address. Please wait for verification before shipping your order back.

For replacements: Place the merchandise in a box with your original packing slip, then send the box back to us via insured mail to the address below. Please allow at least 4-6 weeks from the day you mail your package for your replacement to arrive.

For exchanges: Please contact us at service@katwright.ca and list the item(s) you would like to return. Then, include the packing slip (original or copy) along with your merchandise in a box and ship it to the address below via insured mail. On receipt of your exchanged items you will be provided with a promo code for the full amount of your exchange.

Please note:
Products damaged by causes other than shipping, such as spills, tears or framing cannot be exchanged, damage must be reviewed and approved before the order will be replaced. Commissioned paintings cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We will process exchanges once they have been shipped back and recieved.
  • For exchanged orders we will not cover the cost of shipping.
  • Online merchandise sent back to katwright.ca 30 days or more after the date of purchase cannot be accepted/processed as an exchange.
  • Please allow 4-6 weeks from the day you return your package for it to be credited.
  • We do not offer cash refunds
